Terms & Conditions

The following document sets out the Terms of Business and Privacy Policy for Hyp-ER (referred to as "the Practice", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services or using our website (https://www.hyp-er.co.uk/), you agree to be bound by these terms.

Hyp-ER provides clinical hypnotherapy and psychological wellbeing services. Our sessions are designed to empower the mind to support the body, helping with various psychologically driven conditions.

1.Clinical Disclaimer

1.1 Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and should not be used as a substitute for

professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1.2 While hypnotherapy has a high success rate, results vary between individuals. We do not

offer guaranteed "cures." Success is dependent on the client’s "readiness, willingness, and

positivity" to engage with the process.

1.3 Clients under the care of a psychiatrist or consultant for a diagnosed mental health condition

or chronic physical ailment must disclose this during the initial consultation.

2. Appointments and Consultations

2.1 All sessions are conducted by appointment only.

2.2 Initial consultations are used to assess suitability for treatment and to establish a therapeutic

plan. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe our services are not appropriate

      for your specific needs.

3.Fees and Payments

3.1 Session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3.2 We currently only accept bank transfer or cash payments.

4.Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an

      appointment.

4.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session

("no-show"), will result in the full session fee being charged.

4.3 In the event that Hyp-ER must cancel an appointment, we will offer a full refund or an

      alternative appointment time.

5.Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients are expected to be honest regarding their medical history and current symptoms.

5.2 To achieve the best results, clients should commit to any "homework" or listening exercises

      prescribed between sessions.

5.3 Hyp-ER maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, threatening, or inappropriate

behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate a session or treatment plan immediately under

      such circumstances without a refund.

6.Limitation of Liability

6.1 Hyp-ER shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the services

      provided.

6.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount of

fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
